Launched in 1992, the Global Environment Facility (GEF) Small Grants Programme (SGP) is a global corporate programme that provides financial and technical support to projects that conserve and restore the environment while enhancing livelihoods. The programme is funded by the GEF, implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and executed by the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS). 

The GEF SGP UNDP Internship Programme offers qualified and eligible candidates at the Multi-Country Office (MCO) the unique opportunity to acquire direct practical experience in our work in environmental conservation and climate change under the direct guidance of experienced professionals.
